Strongsville rec is a fine place for seniors. First of all with Renew Active or Silver sneakers , there is no monthly dues. Second it offers great exercise classes with great managers and teachers. It has both deep and shallow water exercise taught by dedicated, fun, understanding teachers. I use their bright, clean, freshly painted and cleaned pool area to do deep water exercise with a belt which you can't get anywhere else.

The Ehrnfelt Recreation and Senior Center is a great place to get a workout in. Whether it’s strength training, cardiovascular fitness, sports, taking a class, or something else it’s a fun time. I am proud to say I’ve used it for a good part of its 28 year existence.

Wonderful rec center and really good value. Huge state-of-the art weight room, expansive cardio area with secondary weight machines and running/walking track. Aquatics area with multiple pools, whirlpool, sauna & steam rooms. Multiple gymnasiums for hoops & pickleball. Clean locker rooms, showers & lavatories. Yoga. Spinning. This place has everything I need for awesome workouts.

I consistently see children, younger than 15 upstairs without an adult and/or on the treadmills. Also, I really wish people would wipe down the machines when they are done with them. You have signage up yet I at least see 4 to 6 people every time I’m there get off the treadmill and simply leave.
