  I took my two sons and one of their friends to play unlimited bowling last night at the North Ridgeville AMF Bowling Alley. We purchased the unlimited bowling for two as well as the pizza and refillable pitcher deal. Their friend paid separately. My oldest son (19 years old) went up to the counter where we originally purchased our deals after we had already set down our things and began to bowl as it was taking a while to get our pitcher of pop and wanted to know if we should be picking it up at the food counter or if the same woman would be doing so that originally helped us purchase the bowling games. My son spoke with the same woman that was running the counter (black hair and tatoos). He kindly ask her as to how to go about getting the pitcher of pop as it was not busy in the bowling alley and again he honestly didn't know the process. She was very rude to him stating that she is getting it. Didn't explain the process and told him, "patience!" There was no need for that comment. My son then proceeded to say, "I just wasn't sure of the process." My son also went up to the bar area to order me a tea. The bearded guy at the bar gave my son an itemized bill with a customer and merchant copy receipt. The issue is that there was no listed section to sign. I went to the counter to see what was taking some time to find out that my son wasn't sure where to sign. I reviewed the receipts myself to see that there was indeed no where to sign. The same guy working behind the counter stated that you just sign the top copy. Then He proceeded to say, "Some people make things harder than they actually need to be." I didn't say anything back to the guy as I wanted my kids to have a good time with their friend. My son is a very well mannered young man. There was no need for either comment that was given by my workers to my son. Outside of the incredibly rude service, the bowling alley was nice and clean and was not busy. No issues with the lanes. My boys and their friend had a great time. Hopefully the service will improve in the very near future.

  On the afternoon of October 24th, my son & his 2 friends went bowling at the AMF in N. Ridgeville. The employee, Melissa, was amazing -- she made our experience lots of fun!!! She was kind to the kids & even gave them Halloween plushies 🧛‍♂️. I would recommend bowling here + the lighting was extra cool during our bowling games. Our time bowling & at the arcade ROCKED 🎸 ‼️

  I had my sons 9th birthday here, and it was amazing! The GM, Melissa was fantastic!! Will definitely book again!
