When I was like 6 I remember going down into the basement seeing 10 guys repping arm bars and grappling in our basement." Lashley Training Center is a family ran business and a one stop shop to train your body. We're here to train you in Jiu Jitsu , Krav Maga , Boxing , Yoga , Group Fitness , Karate , & One on One Personal Training. It's a fitness center with a purpose!
