This place is terrible, I can definitely see them closing down in the next 2 years. Terrible management and employees. Never been to a worse bowling alley in my life.

The environment was great however I was not happy with my overall experience at this location mainly due to one person The manager named Dave. I took my family out for ice cream right before going to this establishment for the first time and I was attempting to finish off the remainder of my ice cream as it was only a little bit left in my cup while I was walking into the bowling alley and I waited in line patiently for him to assist other customers. I got up to the counter and realized that there was a sign that said no outside food allowed okay great no big deal I had a few general questions for him like pricing and lane availability he was unwilling to set up a lane or take my payment information while I had that ice cream cup in my hand I said okay no big deal I will come back after I finish the ice cream. After he get finished giving me all of the information as far as what the prices were going to be and what he had available this place only had a few people here so it's not like they were super busy once we arrived so I asked since we have a party of six could we have two lanes considering two out of the six people there were children and I did not want to bowl on the lane that required us to have bumpers so I would have rather had three and three and he said he's not allowed to do that I said okay no problem that's fine but then he proceeded to book other people or families of equal sizes right next to us on the lane that we were on and they had two lanes each due to lots of us and two to the right of us. So I honestly started feeling some type of way about this because he gave me a hard time about the ice cream when I first got there then he proceeded to not allow me to have what I was trying to pay for I was even willing to pay for the separate lane but he said he was not allowed to do that but yet as I was walking through the establishment there were people that had food that was not within the establishment that was made there and there were families using two lanes so that just kind of ruined my whole mood being there I felt like I was being discriminated against quite frankly if it wasn't for my family and me telling them that we were going to do it I probably would have not have spent my money there not necessarily that the building itself had any issues but the manager they had in charge of things was kind of the issue.
