I reserved and prepaid $50 for two bowling lanes at Blue Fusion in Marion from 6–8 PM. I arrived at 5:45 PM, and they were unable to locate my reservation even after showing the charge from my bank account. After waiting, they were able to get us onto one lane at approximately 6:30 PM. While waiting for our lane, we ordered a pizza around 6:00 PM and were told it would be delivered to our lane once ready. At 7:15 PM, after not receiving our order, I checked with the bartender who radioed the kitchen and told me they would bring it shortly. At 7:40 PM, I asked again and was then informed that our pizza had mistakenly been given to another group and that a new one was being made. At that point, I spoke with a manager who acknowledged the issue and said the General Manager was nearby and would be made aware. After waiting further, I personally approached the General Manager behind the bar and asked if she could come speak with me at our lane when she had a moment. She agreed but never came over. Instead, the manager returned and offered an extra pizza, a $15 coupon, or arcade cards for the inconvenience. I declined, as I did not intend to spend additional money there after the experience. Before leaving, I spoke directly with the General Manager and asked why she had not come to speak with me. She initially stated that she had asked the manager to handle it because she was “just bartending.” I apologized for the misunderstanding, as I believed she was the General Manager. She then confirmed that she was, but that she was helping behind the bar and allows managers to handle issues. After over an hour and a half wait for a pizza that was given to another group, I explained that an appropriate resolution would have been to comp the meal and refund the cost of the pizza. While she did offer to do so at that time, the overall experience had already impacted our decision not to return. I do feel for the employees who were genuinely trying to help, including the manager who seemed limited in what he could offer. However, based on this experience, we will not be returning.

Ordered a pepperoni and bacon xl pizza for about $17. The pizza was super delicious I gave it a 8.5 out of 10. The staff was super friendly and didn't rush me out. I sat and watched some bowling 🎳. The environment inside is really nice and fun. Lots of games and things to do.

Went to blue fusion on a Friday night in January 2026! Great staff and customer service, just had an interesting hour of bowling we tried to make the most of the problems. Sadly the lane broke down a ton during our games so we were out 15 minutes of the hour we played for which was not happy about I feel like you should not lose time when the screen says down for maintenance. Also I had multiple occasions where I bowled my frame then it took away that frame and made me bowl again. But good atmosphere and cool arcade/ games!

Neat experience. Bigger than I thought. I like the bowling alley on one side. Pool tables in the middle. And arcade on another side. I thought the service was excellent. Had our names up by the time we got to the lane. The lighting was perfect. I loved the layout and tvs down lane. Everyone seemed polite and respectful. However: I thought cost was pretty steep considering all I did was bowl for an hour. Cost me $58. My date and I played 3.5 games. So $16.57 a game. Thats a bit ridiculous. And drink prices are obviously a bit more but are right on with other similar functions. I know most bowling alleys I've attended cost me $28 an hour. $8 a game. This was a $65 bowling adventure. That only lasted an hour with 2 drinks. For 2 people. I wouldn't recommend it just based off the cost. Now if that cost included anything. It wasnt verbally orchestrated very well at all.

Staff was friendly and helpful but the equipment does not work correctly. Had issues the entire time we were there. Kept having to get employees to go fix multiple issues. Even the call button to get help didn’t work had to keep going and finding someone to help. Equipment needs fixed and updated.
