The staff made us feel singled out, watched, and uncomfortable for absolutely no reason. Instead of providing a family-friendly environment, they treated us like a problem simply because of who we are. We were spoken to disrespectfully and targeted in a way that was impossible to ignore. The behavior from the manager was especially shocking — rude, dismissive, and clearly biased. It was humiliating and deeply upsetting to be treated this way in 2025. If you are a person of color or part of any minority community, I strongly recommend avoiding this place. We will definitely not be returning!

Guy didn't seem to want to sell it to me at first, said there were birthday parties lined up that take priority. Paid and told it would be about 20 minutes to start which seemed fine. Almost an hour later finally got in. Guy asked if I wanted a refund after about 40 minutes. Like, yeah, I drove all the way over here in the snow and waited around to play with my family for my son's birthday just to get a refund.

Thomas and Mati are so accommodating and kind, they always make a point to come say hello and make sure we are having an exceptional experience. Their staff are also incredibly attentive and friendly, going above and beyond in their service. Every time I go everyone greets me and we catch up as if we are old friends. I love coming to Ten Pin and I suggest it to everyone I meet, as the environment is fun, the food delicious and there are so many things to do. It’s a perfect place for birthdays, family get togethers and even just getting together with some friends for drinks and/or to watch the game. ⭐️10/5
