  Great family or couple place with food, drinks alcohol and fun! Arcade was right between two alleys, one for family and one in the lounge. Lots of parking, clean bright and restaurant was fun and good food, great service and games and TVs to keep you engaged. We had a blast!

  We came to the Hilliard Ohio location. The manager told us about a $16 per person unlimited play. We played arcade games for 10 mins and checked back in at 11, and worked our way through the line by 11:10. Played for about an hour before we timed out? When I asked why we were being timed out, the manager informed me that it was subject to availability and was explained to us during check in. It absolutely was NOT. And when we approached the teenager who checked us in for clarity on whether we could hang around and wait for the next availability (or how it worked), he immediately recognized his error... Acknowledged that he had not explained it to us (or either of the two families ahead of us) and was very apologetic. Just a kid. By himself working through a line of 30 people... On a holiday (staffing issues?). When we approached the manager again, his response was "well you played thee games so it was still cheaper." This is not the point. We went from having what we thought was a good 2 hours of time at one price, to an hour. Had we been told that our assigned lane would have an hour - which they have the capacity to do (they have a list they work from) - we may well have done something else! It should have been our choice as customers. And the manager's attitude and automatically dismissive... And ends up completely wrong! Mistakes happen, sure. Shame on him. And as I sit here writing this, a family who was right behind us is now having the same issue. Do better. Take care of your customers.

  Went in with a group of friends and was told there was a 40 minute wait time… 1 hour and 30 minutes later we finally get the text that we’re able to come get our lane and the employee up front greeted everyone up until us AGAIN and told us all the lanes were closed because of people walking in and taking the spots after we came in. So you let walk ins happen after the people who are waiting in line absolutely horrible service the employee was so inconsiderate and rude i would never recommend this place to anyone ever the whole place was over priced and not worth it overall 👍

  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Experience! Ten Pin Bowling in Hilliard was truly awesome—one of the best experiences I’ve had at a bowling alley, hands down. From the moment we arrived, the customer service was absolutely unbeatable. The waitress who was servicing the bowlers was amazing. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch her name, but she was working around 2:00 PM on Sunday, January 11, 2026, and she deserves serious recognition. She was attentive, friendly, and made sure everything was perfect the entire time. After bowling, I let my kids enjoy the arcade, and I have to give a huge shout-out to Deshawn. He was truly outstanding—so kind, patient, and great with the kids. You can tell he genuinely cares about his job and the guests. His customer service alone is reason enough to come back. I also want to mention how much I appreciate this business supporting military members. The military discount was very generous and truly appreciated—it shows that this company genuinely cares. The manager working the counter was also very kind and welcoming, which added to the overall positive experience. The entire facility was extremely clean, well-maintained, and respectable, which honestly isn’t something you see everywhere anymore. On top of all that, the prices were shockingly affordable—almost unheard of these days! We had an amazing time, didn’t feel rushed, and felt like we truly got our money’s worth. This is easily one of the best bowling places I’ve ever been to. I will absolutely be coming back, and I’ll be telling friends and family about this place. If you’re looking for a fun, clean, affordable bowling alley with incredible customer service, I highly recommend Ten Pin Bowling in Hilliard. Well worth my time—an unforgettable experience!

  It was over $130 just to play with 4 people for 3 short games. That was not a typo - over $130. The lanes constantly malfunctioned, the bumpers came up as people took their turns and ruined the games. It wasn't just happening to us it happened to other lanes. The pins or ball got stuck. The person on duty forgot that we needed help getting the bumpers down. No discount given due to this. Youd think for over $130, you could get an arcade card? Nope. Greasy handprints, obscenely loud techno, no bowling animations on the screen or mph listing. Nothing retro about it - just overpriced, poor quality garbage. Highly recommend going elsewhere. Pizza was pretty good.
