I went with my mom to bowl around 12:30pm on a Sunday. There was no one at the front desk for several minutes. Then they told us we had to wait until the Sunday morning teams finished for a lane. There were many open lanes, the guy at the front said he liked to keep a space between each team lane. So we were told we'd have to wait an unspecified amount of time for them to finish. Isn't the goal to sell as many lanes as possible? Bowling lane etiquette is pretty well understood, so we weren't going to be bothersome. We chose to leave rather than wait. It looked like a decent place. Looked clean. I just didn't think I'd have to call ahead and make a reservation at a bowling alley.

Terrible service as far as our server. She was rude and forgot everything we asked for made ordering very complicated ended up spend 500 dollars and the food was way over priced for terrible pizza actually the only thing that was good was the pretzels and FF if they were warm. They should let us order from somewhere else and just bowl. I won't be suggesting this place again. The 1 star was for the guy at the counter, really nice and polite.
