  I’ve been golfing for years and picked up plenty of bad habits along the way. David's lessons are helping me finally break things down and fix the basics I’d been ignoring. David keeps it simple, focuses on fundamentals, and shows me exactly what I was doing wrong without overcomplicating it. I’m starting to hit the ball better and feel like I'm on the way to a much more solid, consistent swing. Definitely worth it if you’ve been playing a long time and need to clean up your game.

  I'm happy to share my personal experience with my coach, Joe Stago, at the Golftec Dublin, Ohio location. Background - I absolutely qualify as a high handicapper. I've taken some "outside" lessons on the past, and they have helped short term, but I realize now that I couldn't see how I was replicating those lessons in practice sessions, without a coach. Bottom line - I'm a data driven guy, so I was happy to see, in lessons and follow up virtual practice sessions (with coach driven virtual metrics), how I was doing. Example - I constantly need to work on keeping my movement toward the target, and shoulder and hip rotation. We're getting there. And, I don't think I've had an outside to in swing since I started lessons! Lastly, I appreciate Joe's understanding of my home course. Where I am, there may not be a course (maybe Muirfield Village) that requires more precise carry over water or sand. So, we are focusing on descent angle and carry and total distance. Looking good, I'm sure it will drop my index further. I'm and still a work in progress, but continuing to work with Joe.

  My coach, Hunter Young is awesome. He relates swing nuances using more layman’s terms for a beginner to understand. Plus he’s a great guy. The whole coaching staff is fantastic, as well. I am there more than most trying to improve. Each coach has made themselves available for simple tips, questions and/or mental strategies. Because of Hunter and the GOLFTEC team, I have been able to shave 7 solid strokes off of my game… and I still suck at putting! But that’s my fault, not theirs. I have not focused on that. The two biggest differences in my game after 12 months are, my misses are still good shots and I know (within 5 yards) how far each club will travel. It’s fascinating! Because of the people, this is one of my favorite places to be. The golf is just a huge bonus.

  David has helped me so much over the past 2 years with my swing and game! He really understands the mechanics of the golf swing and has been able to show me how this changes everything about how the ball flys. He also fit me for my new Mizuno irons, Ping woods and Taylor Made driver. Thanks David!!

  Tom Clifford is the MAN! Have experienced a tremendous change in my swing as well as my approach to golf over the past 9 months. Tom tells me only what I need to know/think about during a chance, with no frills or extra details. Provides very valuable advice for course/attitude management, particularly what defines a "good" drive. Highly recommend, GolfTec Dublin has very professional staff and worth the time for any struggling golfer (as if that isn't us all!).
