They didn’t know of any bike repair options, but immediately started helping me troubleshoot my flat tire, even offering to use their own spare tube. I was able to find a tube for sale and they were so kind to get the bike fixed for me. I haven’t been to the store yet, but am thoroughly impressed by the Trek guys!
