  I’m extremely disappointed with my recent experience at this casino. After hitting a jackpot, I went to cash out and presented my ID, which had recently expired. The cashier kept it in their “keep safe” and instructed me to return with the temporary paper ID issued by the DMV. I did exactly that — drove back with the proper documentation — only to be told by Player Services that the temporary ID “could be forged” and that they still wouldn’t cash me out. I’ve spent over half a million dollars here in 2025 alone, and to be treated this way is unacceptable. If the casino has strict policies, they should communicate them clearly and consistently instead of giving customers the runaround after a legitimate win. This experience has seriously made me reconsider ever returning.

  Idk if I should actually be giving them this many stars. So I'm supper happy I hit a jackpot even tho taxes got me on almost all of it but when they were paying me they all were like hey, were all here for your safety so if you would liked walked out we got you. I brushed it off like ya ok I'm good lol like come on really? Lol thinking nothing of it. Well come time to leave, who comes flying around me starting road rage and got out of his car trying to come at me and yelling like a mad man is no other than one of the guys paying me my money and asking about being walked out to my car. I called and reported it and I was supposed to hear something about it but nothing. I could have won a drawing I was in because the winning but I didn't really feel safe.....like how do I know I'm not going to be harassed or something of the sort. Like what would have happened if I did take that help? Would they have robbed me? I really want to come back but Idk. But thanks

  I only stopped through so I didn't get the real experience but I will definitely go back if I come back to Dayton.. Great environment though.

  Place is controlled so illegaly below any ethics or gaming restrictions. You can spend thousands without even hitting a bonus on slots. The payback % is criminal. AVOID this place. Everyone knows you should go for fun planning to budget. But u lose so much, so fast its obvious your entertainment is not what they care about. Ripping you off is the objective

  As casino regulars, we enjoy the frequency of new slots. Comps are average. Food is disappointing. No nice sit down dining left at facility. Remodeled upstairs restaurant is now a diner and several tries have all been disappointing. Small portions, lackluster food and servers that vocally dont want to be there. Sports bar downstairs often understaffed and food an afterthought that must be ordered at the bar with often no table service. Food at any other casino in the area is better, and being able to have a tasty meal keeps us playing longer!! Hope they improve this! We are forced to eat before we go. We visit casinos frequently- every 2-3 weeks.
