  My husband and I were there on Saturday night we were out celebrating our anniversary. The restaurant was a great atmosphere, the food was delicious. But our server who's name is Heather W was not very good. We were seated right away. We then waited about 10ish minutes before anyone came to our table. When Heather then came to our table she was standing in front of our table and did not even great us. She was watching someone or something else. My husband and I were looking up at her and she looked down and said do you know what you want. We then placed our order drinks food and all. I order a water and a drink from the bar, my husband got soda. We did not hear from her again. Finally someone from the bar did bring me my bar drink, but we still had not heard from Heather. Still no drinks. We finally see Heather again I get her attention this has been about 20ish minutes I ask her for our drinks. I have at this time already finished my bar drink. She then brings my husband 2 sodas but still not my water. At the same time the manger brings our food. She also hears me ask Heather for my water. The manager then tells she will get my water, and asks Heather if she would like her to get it. Heather says no she will get it. I did finally get my water. Im sorry I had to bring all this to your attention like this but I would hate for to treat other customers like this in your restaurant. You have a great place, and you deserve to have great employees.

  Overall Rating: ⭐ (1 Star for the Server) I am writing this with extreme disappointment and concern. What was supposed to be a special 78th birthday celebration for my grandmother ended with three of us violently ill with food poisoning. This was a miserable experience from the moment we walked in. **The Service & Hostess (Feb 28th, 4:00 PM):** The hostess on duty was incredibly rude and clearly did not want to be there. When my husband walked in to see if we should seat ourselves (as there was no one at the stand), she snapped, "I'm busy, I'll be with you in a moment," while literally waving him back out the door in a crabby tone. Throughout our meal, we watched her treat every guest with the same hostility. She forced a group who had sat themselves to move despite plenty of open tables, and when a woman politely asked for a replacement for a dropped fork, the hostess snapped, "I’m busy, give me a minute!" The poor woman was visibly shocked. It was uncomfortable to witness. **The Food Safety Crisis:** The only item our entire group shared was the **Buffalo Chicken Dip**. Within 45 minutes of eating, all three of us—including my elderly grandmother—became **violently ill**. Management needs to immediately inspect their kitchen staff and food storage temperatures for this dish. Aside from the dip, the wings were disappointing (ordered mild, but they were doused in straight Frank's Red Hot), though the club sandwich was large and tasty. However, a "good sandwich" doesn't matter when the shared appetizer causes a medical emergency. **The Silver Lining:** Our server was the only bright spot. She was very friendly and doing her best, despite being so busy she forgot a few refills. She deserves a better environment than this. **Conclusion:** We will not be returning. I am posting this in hopes that management takes these health and service violations seriously before another elderly guest or family gets sick.
