  I recently visited the Hollywood Casino in Columbus. The place was nice, there was complimentary water, soda, and coffee. Plenty of games to choose from. The biggest disappointment was to find out the buffet was no longer there. I would still recommend.

  Hollywood is a decent casino but I’m giving it 1 star. Enough of this woke stuff. I’m not political but why do you have grown dogs allowed inside the casino. I stepped on dog shit. Like I understand people have needs but there has to be limits vs convenience. Enough is enough!!!! Keep you dogs home. People want to gamble and have a good time and not worry about dog piss/ poop

  I enjoyed the casino a great deal! There were plenty of available machines to choose from! I was able to win on video poker and the burger at wahlburgers was excellent. The employees were helpful and friendly and the beer at the casino bar was tasty and refreshing!

  I was leaving the casino and went to get into my vehicle and one of your employees was sitting in her car with her door open against my car door. I said, excuse me she goes on to say how rude I am and that I have an attitude toward her and that all I had to do was say to her could you please Close your car door. Well, excuse me, her car door was up against my car door. Her car tires was right on the white line and she has an attitude with me. I don’t think so.. And she’s supposed to represent Hollywood Casino. She needs an attitude adjustment and she needs to realize her actions outside the door there in your parking lot reflects upon Her and your company. If she hates her job That bad maybe she Needs to go someplace else.

  What an absolute joke. $400 hand get two aces asked to go 20 feet away to the ATM to pull out more money mind you they’re probably going to win, but made such a scene of it that the dealer started asking people at my table to let me borrow money. Seven minutes later, they finally let me go to the ATM. The pit boss thought he was funny and trying to humiliate me even more and decides that he was going to be a complete smart ass when I got back to the table and go well let’s hope after all that you actually win. Mind you, he said this to the point where at least two different tables could overhear him. I reached out to management afterwards. Which is a weird cell phone, but supposedly the table boss she hung up on me. Mann didn’t care about anything. I had to say needless to say they are absolutely comfortable with their positions in their jobs and they don’t feel like Customer Service has to be upheld.
