  This is only the 2nd time I've been to Hollywood Casino and it's been 9 years since my last visit and it hasn't changed other than the food places I enjoyed my visit and losing my money to the machines...lol. All joking aside it was clean and the staff was friendly and helpful I will be back sooner and hope for better luck.

  Meh… a casino is a casino is a casino. They are all garish, noisy, smelly, and full of people lacking who have little else but distraction and an occasional dopamine rush to look forward to… Granted, this isn’t 100 % of the people here, but too many to count. The BEST Attraction here is the Free Soda Machines by the Bathrooms.

  I had Banned Sports Betting in Ohio because I don’t like being able to gamble wherever. I went into the Casino which was about a 2 hr drive (I rarely go to the casino) and 45 mins later I got kicked out because I am banned on Ohio sports books and this casino has a sports book. Never had this happen before.

  Horrible starting experience literally I got dropped off and stop by security and got told that we wasn't allowed in all because of people dropping me off at a kid in the car and because they had a kid in the car I literally had to wait 20 minutes at the entrance until they let me in yeah and they got off the actual property. After finally getting through the front entrance I made my way to the cashier to get my card then I cannot log in to my account at all and the app and everything kept on putting me through loop so the free play that I was supposed to get I forgot got to run around five different times after being kept at the door and then finally to top it all off I straight loss on everything that I played took the rest of my life was by far the worst experience that I had ever ever experienced I've never been so pissed off in my life

  Parked in the "PAID" parking area over night. Woke up to a tow tag sticker on my truck. One of those really difficult to get off stickers the police use. Couple other trucks in the lot had it as well said "we were not parked in a parking stall". The shitty thing is it's extremely difficult to see the parking stalls at night because the painted lines are worn out.
