- CCchris cuprysMar 2, 20261.0While experience was terrible, customer service wasn’t good, by the time we got to our lane, we had to restart 3 times due to error or glitches idk what, they said it would be fixed every time and it kept happening, our server was fire mid shift so our food and drinks took forever to get, our vehicle got broken into, they didn’t help at all with and footage. We found out someone actually reported there was a break in to the manager who then proceeded to do absolutely nothing, not report it, not say it over the speaker, nothing at all. The manager said apparently that’s a common occurrence, they’ve had over a dozen break ins. I’m definitely never going back again, didn’t offer any help, didn’t provide any help, didn’t offer a discount or refund for the terrible service and bowling experience (not about the break in) you’d think if we have to complain 3 different times that the game suddenly stops working they would do something but nope.
