  Laviel, I wanted to follow up regarding my recent experience at Bowlero Sawmill. While I understand that technical issues can happen, the way the situation was handled was unacceptable. We experienced repeated malfunctions on our initial lane and had to be switched. The second lane also had issues, with broken lane guards, making it impossible to enjoy our time. Despite this, we were still charged for three full games that we did not complete. What made this situation worse was your response. During our interaction, you were dismissive, unprofessional, and unwilling to listen. I was not given the opportunity to fully explain what happened, and my concerns were not taken seriously. As a manager, it is your responsibility to ensure customers feel heard and treated fairly—especially when the issue is caused by equipment failures on your end. Your approach did not reflect that responsibility. If working with the public is something you find frustrating or difficult, you may want to consider a role that better aligns with your strengths. Customer service requires patience, professionalism, and a willingness to resolve issues—not dismiss them. I hope you take this feedback seriously and make improvements moving forward.

  While experience was terrible, customer service wasn’t good, by the time we got to our lane, we had to restart 3 times due to error or glitches idk what, they said it would be fixed every time and it kept happening, our server was fire mid shift so our food and drinks took forever to get, our vehicle got broken into, they didn’t help at all with and footage. We found out someone actually reported there was a break in to the manager who then proceeded to do absolutely nothing, not report it, not say it over the speaker, nothing at all. The manager said apparently that’s a common occurrence, they’ve had over a dozen break ins. I’m definitely never going back again, didn’t offer any help, didn’t provide any help, didn’t offer a discount or refund for the terrible service and bowling experience (not about the break in) you’d think if we have to complain 3 different times that the game suddenly stops working they would do something but nope.
