I booked an hour with the golf simulator; the staff was not that friendly and not one time did a waitress/waiter come ask us did we want to order water, drinks, or food. So the whole 57 minutes of playing golf we had nothing, the employee came to see if we wanted to add more time (why would I want to). Then the employee sent another customer over to tell us that this was his spot then stood there and waited like we took his permanent spot or something after 57 minutes. On the way out only one employee said bye. I have no interest in coming back; I would rather go to top golf they definitely have way better service and experience. I could have saved my money. DISAPPOINTING

Olivia, the host, welcomed us with open arms and caught the same vibe which made our experience top tier. definitely recommend.
