  Garret in the bike shop was super helpful evaluating my bike for a tune up. I was amazed at how thoroughly he checked my bike over and made a quick adjustment to my front brake. He gave me some great advice on valves stems and target tire pressures along with his reasoning. He took a couple of minutes to research a non-REI part to help me more easily maintain my tires at home (ball foot air chuck). I would highly recommend the REI Cincinnati bike shop!

  Garrett was a huge help! Brought my bike in to get a new chain and he was able to knock it out in less than 5 min. Super super knowledgeable and friendly he even helped diagnose something else that was wrong on my bike which he also fixed. 10/10 service

  I stopped by to try on a few pairs of On Cloud shoes. The employee helping me was friendly and knowledgeable, but unfortunately they didn’t have my size in the color I wanted. While browsing the clearance section, I found a returned pair in my size that had clearly been worn a few times, but given the price, I didn’t mind cleaning them up. However, at checkout I was told I’d need to purchase a $30 REI Co-Op membership just to buy those shoes, with the incentive being a $30 store credit later. It didn’t make sense to pay extra just to purchase a used item. It felt like an unnecessary sales tactic, and because of that, I decided to walk away from the purchase.
