    They gave us back the wrong ski and requested us to bring it back. We requested a discount on our service due to us living an hour away and it being such a massive inconvenience to us. They declined and were very rude to us even though it was their fault. Unacceptable customer service. Do better.

    I came in here looking for a pair of comfortable boots for the dawning winter and had a legitimately great shopping experience. The people working here were super friendly, the store is well organized and they have everything you need if you’re the outdoorsy type. I wish the REIs where I live were this good, but to be fair it’s probably an issue of demographics. The greater Cincinnati area has a lot of beautiful nature and people who regularly explore it, where as my area it’s mostly City folks who like to Cosplay as Outdoorsy and when they actually go hiking end up getting lost. Lol
