Staff tried adding a five dollar hit for "rewards processed for last year", which smelled unfair and made no sense. I pushed back and asked for the manager, and the staff member eventually came back and rang it as a zero cost exchange. Caution to others; this feels shady - don't let them charge you fees to exchange gifts!!
