- TCTyler Colburn3 days ago3.0I really do enjoy coming to this facility, but I have noticed that some improvements are needed compared to when I first started visiting. Nearly every time I come in, the fast-tracking cameras are not working, and the screen that displays swing data and analytics is also down. It’s confusing to me why the rate is $65 per hour when the technology doesn’t function properly at least half the time. What’s more concerning is that the employees are aware of these issues but never mention them when bringing you to the simulator, nor do they attempt to address the problem. Over my last three or four visits, the technology has never worked, yet it’s never been communicated—clearly this isn’t a one-time issue. I’ve also noticed that several of the rental clubs are in poor condition. Considering the facility has the equipment and materials to repair clubs, I’m unsure why they aren’t being maintained. For the prices being charged, I hope the facility can work on improving both the technology and overall equipment maintenance. Minor corrections can get this review edited back to 5 stars.
