In 2004 Jacob English, a long time industry veteran, founded Mountain Road Cycles in Chagrin Falls, Ohio. The mission: to serve the community as a professional cycling retailer and repair shop and provide the utmost in customer service and support. Our Chardon location was opened two years later on the same principles.
Our Staff boasts over 120 years combined service and retail experience. And, 14 years later, we are just as passionate as when we started. We believe in passing our love of cycling onto our customers and into the community at large.
