  I love this store. Got good walking shoes and want to go back for camping gear! The store is huge, the employees were all very pleasant. It is a bit costly though.

  I wish I could give the store, as a whole, 5 full stars and just single out the one guy who makes it genuinely uncomfortable to go there. He's mentioned in other reviews — an older gentleman named Michael. The first time he acted unkindly to me, I thought he was just having a bad day and let it go. Then I came there another time and he was awful AGAIN — rude, condescending, and almost mean. I started thinking it was something about me. Then I talked with other people who go there and they had the same experience! Now I read these reviews and see that it's totally a pattern with this guy. Why is he like this?! And why is he allowed within 20 feet of a customer? Everything else about the store is fine, including all the other staff I've met.

  James in the Bike Shop is so unbelievably helpful! Thoughtful efficient and kind. I’ve asked so many questions and never feel like a nuisance or dumb for asking. Will continue to shop here specefically for this reason!

  If you are visibly Muslim (such as wearing a headscarf) prepare to receive the worst customer service. If you are Muslim, do not go to this store, as they treat Muslim customers the worst. I was treated terribly every single time I walked in. Even when I made a purchase. The arrogance, the slamming on the counter, the questioning, the overall nasty attitude from so many of their reps. A vile, disgusting company from top to bottom. I reached out to them online previously for another bad experience, and they couldn’t care less. For that reason, I want to make sure everybody knows that if you are Muslim, take your business elsewhere. This is by far the worst rep. Had the biggest cheese smile for the white customers before and after me. I mean, I literally waited and observed to see if he was just mean and rude by nature… because I know that happens sometimes. Sometimes people go through things, and it reflects in the way they interact with customers. However, here, it wasn't the case. He was just rude and mean to my family and me.
