Worst experience ever :
1. Service: Waitress is nowhere to be found: I have to chase her to get napkins, forks, drinks, food, setting up birthday cake and everything. I wasn’t joking.
2. False advertisement: We used coupons from their website. It’s supposed to applied on the whole bill, but GM said only applied to the DEPOSIT only.
3. Hidden charge: they charge you event fee, as the GM explained used for setting the tables, chair and arraignment of the whole event. On top of that, gratuity is highlighted on your bill.
4. Waitress is nowhere to be found, but the gm is so aggressive and keeps walking toward me, despite I told her we are allow to har our own opinion.
Overall, online reviews keeps complaining about the event fee they put on in addition to gratuity. They choose not to do anything because some people DOUBLE tip.

Horrible experience. I was here many times and have even had birthday parties here back when it was bowlero and it was great. This new management is terrible and i went there looking to have a good time with my kid but unfortunately management has prioritized hosting parties and disregard for walkins. Out of what are probably 35 lanes there only 6 were available to walkins. We left after over an hour of waiting and the 6 groups ahead of us were waiting over an hour and a half last I looked as we were already going elsewhere. It seems this is also done to have people spend money on their limited games in the hopes of getting a lane. I had to screenshot the wait times to believe it. Gettng their at 3:45 to get a text at 6:15 that a lane was ready is insane with many better bowling options in nyc on a Saturday afternoon.
Unfortunately I got a response online of this review and provided my info and never heard from them...

Went there bowling with some friends and it was fun. The bowling was great! We ordered fries and drinks. It’s a great place to hangout with family and friends especially on a weekend! Highly recommend it.

I grew up in this neighborhood and I was Leery in trying this bowling alley as the people their were very questionable in the past. The location inside is nice and they have a nice bar however I am giving it 2 stars because I sat at the bar and the young male bartender greeted me and asked me what I would like to drink. I asked him if he can make me a watermelon margarita however not to put too much of the puree. He asked me what tequila I would like and I said Casa Migo blanco. He served me the drink in a rocks glass. Mind you I used to be a bartender so I know how to make drinks. The drink was okay. I had only 1 I asked him for the bill as I was going to go to my lane to bowl and he gave me my bill which was $27 for ONE DRINK. I asked him if his was accurate he said yes that’s the price. I paid it because I don’t like to argue with anyone for the price of an item. However this price was never listed on the menu and also I didn’t order a double. After I went to my lane to bowl I was kinda annoyed. I’m a big foodie and I love to go to different places to try food and drinks and I don’t have a problem paying over $15 for 1 drink as that is the standard in NYC however $27 for a mediocre drink was not it! When I was ordering food at my lane I asked to speak to manager and he said that was not the price and said he can deduct $5 off my bill. Leaving the drink to be $22. Which is still high for a establishment like that! I have gone to places like Nubleluz in manhattan and paid $30 for a drink that was worth the price but $22 for a drink that doesn’t use natural ingredients like watermelon juice or their homemade sour mix was not worth it! This left a bad taste in my mouth literally and figuratively. I won’t be coming back here again!

I was really looking forward to spending the afternoon with my friend and his son at Bowlero. I wanted to bowl but before that you have to go to the front and make a reservation. I saw empty lanes. Anyway I still can’t believe it took an hour to get a 8 inch kids pizza. They must have forgotten to place the order or someone ate the pizza in the back I was thinking. My friend and I got our food but his son still didn’t get his pizza. We didn’t have plates , napkins or utensils . I had to get up and ask for it. What’s going on I thought is this really happening? Sitting across from the bar a couple got their pizza first after we ordered ours. How is this possible I thought . I had to ask several servers and the bartender about the 8 inch pizza. Finally we got the pizza. The food was okay but not the greatest. Was it worth it ????
Not really we never got to bowl. We were tired of waiting so we split. I will
Never come back here again. What a waste of time !!!
