- NCNathan CiffaFeb 23, 20265.0I took lessons with Kirk for over 6 months, and wow, one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. My swing looks entirely different, my scores are significantly lower, and my overall quality of life has increased. Not an exaggeration. I have been playing better golf (shooting 10 strokes lower), my friends respect me more, and my girlfriend says I’m more enjoyable to be around. I walked in not knowing Kirk at all, and walked out with a friend and a great golf coach. If you’re considering getting lessons, go to Kirk you won’t regret it.

Josh “found” his swing and there has been no looking back. I am not a “golf dad”, never played in my life (and still don’t) but I do love seeing my son’s improvement and love for the game grow. My son is competitive now on the course and was a standout on his varsity golf team. He still has 3.5 years left of HS….can’t wait to see where he will be at that point.

I worked with Kirk who was great throughout the process. He was patient as I tried different clubs and answered all of the questions I had as it was my first time getting fitted. Would recommend if anyone were to be looking for somewhere to get fitted.

Kirk has done a great job of making me feel comfortable along with being great at communicating what we are doing and explaining the reasoning behind everything. Since I started lessons with Kirk it has less than 5 sessions I already feel more confident and much more knowledgeable about what is happening in my swing and how to understand it better. I can’t recommend Kirk and Golftec enough!

Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
How is your club fitting different from others?
Our TECFIT club fitting system provides a precision, agnostic fitting experience. All GOLFTEC Certified Fitters use our advanced launch monitor technology to measure your unique launch conditions. While most other fitters stop there, we utilize our proprietary equipment database of thousands of club/shaft combinations to identify the perfect club configuration to optimize performance based on your swing. Clubs fit and built to your unique swing DNA will lead to greater consistency, distance, and confidence on the golf course.
