Nice place. We're not regular bowlers, but the facility is large and nicely decorated with multiple well stocked bars and friendly and attentive staff and servers. We only had a couple of appetizers but they were tasty. Atmosphere was boisterous and happy. We went early to avoid the noisy party music later and had a great time. This place is quite a bit more expensive than other local lanes.

Not worth the high price. Online reservation was useless because they gave our lane away and made us wait 20 min on the side, no help until we flagged to the manager. Don’t order on the tablets, your drinks (even just two beers) won’t show up and you’ll have to go to the bar to get them because the attendants never show up.

I recently celebrated a birthday at this bowling alley, and unfortunately it was a very disappointing experience. We were overcharged significantly. An $80 food platter ended up costing me $160, and no one on staff could clearly explain the extra charges. The fees felt excessive and misleading. Transparency matters, especially when hosting an event. Instead of enjoying the celebration, I had to question a bill full of unexplained add-ons. The service was also poor, and the overall experience did not match the price we paid. Very overpriced with what feels like hidden charges. I would not recommend this place, and I will not be returning.

I decided last minute to treat my family to a bowling outing, but the experience was far more frustrating than fun due to the check-in and payment process. When we arrived, we waited at least 10-15 minutes in line only to be told at the counter that there was a waitlist and we needed to scan a code. After waiting about 35-45 minutes, we spent some time at the arcade, which is fine but cost extra. Eventually, we received a text that our turn was next, only to wait another 10 minutes online to actually check in. At check-in, the employee asked how many games we planned to play. I said one. Then she explained there was a standard play and a premium play, with standard at $12.99/$13.99 and premium at $16.99 after 6 PM. I agreed to the standard, received my lane number, and asked for a receipt. She then said i wouldn’t be charged until checkout and would have to return back, which made me question why the earlier questions and delays were necessary. After playing, we had to wait another 10-15 minutes at checkout. I was then charged the premium price, even though I finished my game before premium pricing officially started. The employee apologized, explaining the system automatically applied premium pricing starting at 5 PM. So I then asked it’s still before 6pm it’s 510pm, and she apologized again saying she must have gotten the times mixed up. It felt unfair that simply making customers wait until checkout gave the business leeway to charge extra, even though we technically played under standard hours. The game itself was fun, but the process from check in to checkout made the outing more frustrating than enjoyable. The waiting, unclear procedures, and pricing confusion left a negative impression. I hope management can train employees better and streamline the process so customers can enjoy their experience rather than navigate a confusing and seemingly unfair system.
