  AMF Babylon Lanes is one of the best bowling centers around! The place is super clean, bright, and impressively large — there are so many lanes that you never feel crowded, even on a busy night. The staff is always friendly, helpful, and ready to make sure everyone has a great time, whether you’re there with family, friends, or part of a league. It’s a fantastic spot for a family night out — great music, upbeat atmosphere, and plenty of space for everyone to relax and enjoy. The facility is well-maintained, and everything from the shoes to the scoring systems feels fresh and updated. They even have good food and drinks, which makes the experience even better. You can tell they really care about keeping the place fun and welcoming for all ages. Highly recommend AMF Babylon Lanes for anyone looking for clean, modern, and family-friendly bowling fun!

  Had a very nice experience. Called ahead to reserve a lane and received a package deal. It included bowling for 2 hours, pizza, fries and unlimited drinks for $28 per child. We had to delay our bowling for an emergency and they still made proper accommodations. The setup was very nice and service was excellent!

  The arcade section was shut down early, well before closing time. It’s supposed to close at 11 PM, but they turned everything off at 10:33 PM while we were still in the middle of a game. We lost our credits, and no one bothered to check if people were still playing. This isn’t the first time we’ve had issues here either. On a previous visit, we tried to go bowling an hour before closing, and the manager told us it was full. But the lanes were clearly open. It felt like they just didn’t want anyone playing close to closing time. What’s been most disappointing is the customer service. During our first interaction with the manager, when a game malfunctioned and we lost credits, he didn’t handle it professionally. Instead of being helpful, he mocked what I said before finally swiping his card to give us another play on the machine. The second time, when we asked about bowling, he wasn’t friendly or approachable at all. This pattern of shutting things down early and the poor attitude from staff is really frustrating, especially when we’re spending money and following the posted hours of operation. We’ve been to so many AMF and Lucky Strike locations and this location is the most unwelcoming atmosphere for us. Other locations people are so friendly and pleasant.
