It was a great experinece!! They had lots of lanes, with music and lights. They had arcade games available as well which were fun and they had a good variety of them. Claw machines and games. They also had a great food and beverage experinece. The food was typical "bar food" but the staff was nice and the service was quick. Overall it was a great time.

I've been a few times. The lanes are prone to a lot of issues. Gates not raising, balls getting stuck, pins not setting properly. The steps up to the lanes in one section are also weird, and I'd be nervous about tripping on them after a few games and drinks. But that brings me to my primary issue with this place. I travel a lot and have been to bars, breweries, bowling alleys, and other miscellaneous gaming venues with bars all over the world and I say this without exaggerating. This location has the worst beer list of any place in the US that I've been to in the last decade, outside a few sports stadiums and at best it's tied with them. You may say I'm just a beer snob and it's only the worst for my tastes, and there's a little truth to that, but I stand by it. Serving a list of what, 6 macro lagers, 1 macro IPA, and 1 macro seasonal in Rochester, New York and then filing the cooler with the exact same beers is not knowing your audience. The is one of the more craft beer crazed cities in the country. I'm not asking for a craft beer destination kind of tap list, though that would be nice and could bring in more repeat customers (maybe ask the guys who run Strikers in Buffalo how that's working out for them), but you can't tell me that Stella on tap is going to out perform the ubiquitous local IPAs like Three Heads Kind or Big Ditch Hayburner. Maybe throw in some Other Half, Strangebird, Aurora, Frequentem, or any if the other excellent local breweries on the rotating tap. Rohrbach Scotch Ale is always a popular local option too. Honestly I can forgive all that other stuff about the lanes themselves. The main reason I'm coming out to a bowling alley is to hang out with friends and have a few beers, bowling is just the excuse to do that on a regular basis. For that, because of the beers offered, there isn't a worse alley in the area that I know of. I end up drinking water most nights.

Our Friday night league is awesome. Wednesday daytime to practice is a joke. No 12 wait on you then. When you ask them, they tell you to go stand at a window. You stand there for ten minutes, nobody to wait on you. I'm getting my own stuff from my car.

Initial service was great. And unlike other reviews, I have no issue with the cost to bowl. Our issue came with the bartender who could not for the life of him understand we wanted the pizza and pitcher deal. We ended up getting charged for individual pitchers/ pizzas and getting over charged. Then when he initially said he could charge it to the lane so our party could split the total later, he changed his mind saying he couldn't do it anymore and that he had to charge at the bar. In my honest opinion, it just seemed like he wanted the tip (which we were going to give him a cash tip anyway)... this led us to spending more for the food and drinks then we should have. Despite this we had fun and will patron again and give it a second chance, but for now the experience was definitely a 2 star.

Expensive and poor customer service. They require a credit card on file. They charge $5 per shoe rental, $10 per person per game and $5 per soda. Our family was assigned an area with a dirty table with used glasses and a used pitcher on top of it and an unmopped wet floor. Spoke to the manager requested to have it cleaned, said they were sending someone over to clean up the mess, nobody came. We then just asked for rugs so we can clean it ourselves. Food took forever. We had to follow up several times. We didn’t order drinks just water due to the expense, but staff only brought us a pitcher but no clean glasses to drink from. We had to ask for an itemized receipt, cos they only gave us the total charges. On the receipt, they ask for tips, even though everything was done self-service, at least from our experience, (eg cleaning your own table/floor/area, retrieving your own food and bringing it to your own area etc). We didn’t give a tip but we saw the manager and staff nudge each other and smirk. RadioShack was a million times better. We went there to celebrate my nephews birthday, we left disappointed with the experience.
