  I rate this a 0 if it wasn’t for the staff who is super friendly. Lucky Strike/Bowlero has become insufferable! Catering to retail not wanting to oil their lanes properly… I practically have to stand in the lane to the left of me to bowl as a righty most nights here. Again if it wasn’t for the staff this would get a 0! Honestly it isn’t even so much the company in general as much as it is the bowling alley itself not being run properly by management. I have been to numerous other lucky strikes and have had no problems with the lanes. This alley though is just so horrendously cheap! Can’t oil the lanes daily??? Cmon.

  i’m extremely disappointed. i love bowling, but this experience was insanely distasteful. the original lane we were put on wasn’t working. the balls we’re getting stuck in the back, additionally to that, there were instances where it wouldn’t count us getting pins down, gave us random strikes when we got nine pins or we had to wait an abnormal amount of time for the pins to come back over the course of a singular game. we had to ask 3 times for ball retrieval, which took forever to even get started mind you, and the only employee who actually acted like they cared to assist us was the sweet lady bringing us our food. again i’d like to preface this was all during our first game. we eventually had to request a lane change for our second game, which seemed like the biggest inconvenience in the world to the woman at the front desk. we did nothing to cause the malfunction, literally nothing, one of the employees even said that this was happening to the costumers before, but we still received attitude like we single handedly broke the lane. i get the place is busy, but there is no reason to talk to paying costumers in such a crude manner. we got the lane switch nonetheless. we got to the next lane, moved all of our stuff including the balls we originally grab (which was about 7-8 balls) and we’re finally situated and excited. we proceeded to bowl 2 frames before the family next to us took all of our balls, got 15 balls stuck in their gutter, not even exaggerating, had two balls left in the conjoined dispenser, (which they were hogging) and did nothing to attempt to remove them. WE had to go and get an employee to help, and by that time we were completely over it and no longer wanted to play. we payed and left. if you’re going to run an overpriced bowling alley, at least make sure it runs smoothly and there’s friendly service. just an absolute killer of fun and joy. i will never go back. wouldn’t recommend.

  Had a party of 14, our server Evan was very helpful and friendly. Food and drinks came out great, our section was clean and we never ran out of anything we needed. Great guy, definitely ask for Evan if you’re planning an event or if you’re just going with some friends.

  Evan, our waiter and Anthony, the manager, were the absolute greatest. Evan went above and beyond to making my birthday celebration more memorable and special. Thank you for everything!!
