I was with my family of four and began our evening by paying approximately $75 for bowling. As we continued, we decided to order drinks. I ordered two double shots of Don Julio, which totaled $90. However, I noticed an additional charge of $64 on the receipt. When I inquired about this charge, I was informed that it was for ice, as I had requested the Don julio on the rocks. This pricing structure struck me as excessive and unwarranted. In my past experiences at other Lucky Strike locations, even when visiting with larger groups of family members—sometimes numbering eight or twelve—we have never encountered such high bills. On this occasion, our total reached over $320, and after disputing certain charges, they removed a sampler, bringing the final amount down to $294. This amount still seemed unusually high compared to previous visits. I plan to attach the receipt to provide evidence of these charges, as I believe it's important to share this experience with others. I tried my best to dispute the price further and try to let them know that the $64 should not be on the bill. The response that I’m keep getting is that “we don’t make the prices“. this was very concerning because these prices were not even posted anywhere or told to us by the server. I left this bowling alley feeling as if we were robbed, Robbed of our money and robbed of our right of choice. I would not recommend this bowling alley to anyone.
