Have been here twice within the last 6 months and the lanes were LITERALLY bone dry. Even my spare ball would hook into the gutter halfway down the lane. I went a 2nd time after a couple months thinking it was just a bad time but nope, it was literally like they hadnt touched the lanes since the first time I was there. Genuinely a miserable experience unless you’re throwing dead straight. Actual bowlers stay FAR FAR away from here. Go to strike 10 in deer park, or amf babylon if youre willing to make the drive. You literally couldn’t pay me to bowl here again.

The pin actuators kept malfunctioning probably around 10-12 times over the course of 2 games. Had to order 2 bottles of water from the waitress. Had to wait like 5 minutes at check-out to pay with no one in front of us, when the check-out lane was checking-IN someone, and the blonde girl in the check-in lane was standing there looking at us-- only when I asked for her to check us out did she accommodate us. Bowling is bowling-- nothing special about this place for over $150, 2 games, 2 adults and 3 children.
