  Excellent Service as Always!!!! I just had some modifications done on my MTB and the staff was great. Thank you John, Nick and Austin for such enthusiasm. I used to frequent the REI in Las Vegas and they were also great. Even when I first called to get an estimate, the woman on the phone was very helpful. I apologize for not remembering her name. The culture at REI is top notch and they really do enjoy helping their customers. I’ve even been to the flagship store in Seattle and spent about 3 hours there. Thanks again. You have a customer for life.

  I recently became a member of REI and while I love the store and the employees are great, the all watching eye they have parked out in the parking lot is no bueno. Recently an ALPR (automated license plate reader) was placed in the parking lot of REI, and frankly this is unacceptable, and a violation of privacy rights for myself and everyone who patronizes this store. Once my gift card is used up I don't see myself spending a single dime here until this is removed.

  I spent three days exploring Rochester, visiting various bike shops in the city center, hoping to find a 20×4 inch inner tube for my e-bike. Sadly, no one had it. I checked Walmart, Target, and even hardware stores, but none of them carried that size. I had a hunch that REI might have something, so I called them. To my surprise, they have a bike department and had exactly the size I needed! I told the guy that I know many people looking for that size, and everyone says you have to buy them online if your store carries them. I know a lot of people who will go there to buy it. I highly recommend the store; it’s cool! You should definitely check it out, and the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. They have some nice stuff there. And yes, I did find one available at Dick’s Sporting Goods in Victor, which is the closest one if you need to go to the store to purchase one instead of having to order one online.

  I went to REI to look for a specific brand of hat. REI had the hat I was looking for, plus another one that I had seen online. My only concern was the high price tag. I couldn't justify the price for two hats, so I decided to wait to try and find a better deal.

  Great US company with a Great Product. I really enjoy my Bike on a daily basis. I have been Super Happy with customer service and their knowledge. They have sent videos and thoroughly explain any and all questions I have. Every person I talked to at Lectric has been friendly and super courteous. Thanks to the Team at Lectric.
