We always take our skis for annual wax (and free in season waxes) but this year also had a new set of skis to mount bindings on. They mounted them and on a Saturday at 8:00 I received a 15 minute phone call about an issue with one of them. Since then I have talked to them multiple times and each time they are great. Today I dropped off replacement bindings and told them we were skiing later this week. They promised to have them done for us (offered to drop everything and do it while I wait). I can tell you this level of customer service is impressive and greatly appreciated. Their employees care about their jobs and customers and are great in both facets of busines.
