  Clean, fun, functional and good customer service, the 1st time we went. The 2nd time, the cashier seemed to be having a bad day, very short, not so informative and seemingly angry (complete opposite of the woman we spoke with on our 1st visit). Food service is quick and tasted ok. We had a great time bowling. The only thing I didn't care for is the seating, it's very cramped and not enough seating in the bowling area for a large gathering, but we made it work. There is additional seating available at the tables where you eat. This may become our bowling home.

  Truly upset at the experience today with Dewey Gardens. I’ve bowled here multiple times, I’ve used many Groupons over the years. We had 6 of us today to celebrate my husband's birthday. Whenever I have bowled here in the past using this same Groupon and same amount of people, we’ve always been given 2 lanes. 1 lane for 6 people is ridiculous. The manager came over to talk to us as we were not happy. She told me to pull up the Groupon and read the fine print. She gave us a second lane but said we could only bowl for an hour. My Groupon was for 2 hours. Then she said she’d let us bowl 2 games. I told her that this has never been an issue and it was disappointing but that I understood. She was still pretty rude telling me that she has new staff and is trying to train them correctly and that people with Groupons lately have been causing issues. Again, this has never been the case and I’ve visited there several times in the past year even using the same Groupon. We put in a food order right away and we were told to go to the bar to grab our soda, water and mixed drinks. My husband waited up there for a good 20 minutes. He missed more than half of the 1st game we played. He waited even more at the front desk. Eventually I asked for a refund for the food and drinks because we were already on our second game. We had a few more rounds of the 2nd game and the lights went off and the screen shut off. Again, I paid for 2 hours of bowling. We were there for an hour. It was honestly the worst experience I’ve ever had here and I will never be returning. The manager said she’s been there for 7 years. I thought the situation was handled very poorly. We just dropped off our shoes and left. Mind you, there was a TON of open lanes. They made us feel like we were a huge nuisance. If you don’t want people using Groupons, don’t offer it.

  The check in staff were great. Very kind, patient, and helpful. There was not enough seating at the lanes. The people at the lanes to the left and right of us were taking up all the seats at our lane because there's only like 3 chairs at each. The bumpers on our lane were broken, so several of our balls made it into the gutter and then got stuck. We tried to go order food but the guy at the counter said they were busy and asked us to go away.
