John Curry, the store manager was incredibly knowledgeable, informative, patient, kind, and helpful. I can easily think of a dozen examples of how he went so far beyond my expectations for customer service. Frankly speaking, I spent far more money than I should have on my birthday Checkpoint to myself. I will never be the rider that bike deserves. Even so, John helped me feel excited about the potential I could achieve. He also spent time teaching me about riding, about the bike, and about the additional equipment I need to have a safe and enjoyable experience. He did so in a way that did not make me feel like he was just trying to make a sale. I really could not have been more pleased with the experience. By the end of our encounter I was planning a trip to return to the store with my daughter for her first Trek.
