- YYYuiyaJan 4, 20264.0I usually go to the Rumble at Chelsea. So in comparison I think the class here is a lot more cramped & some maintenance stuff needs to be done such as water filter replacement. I would say their changing room is nice and spacious though. I think I’d only go here if the instructor I want to take is here. Staff is decent, but staff at the other location felt more welcoming

I would first suggest taking an intro boxing class before coming here because they do not explain all the moves they just expect you to know them, and if you do not have prior boxing experience this place is not for you.
- QPQuynh Anh PhamDec 21, 20251.0Instructors and front desk staffs are nice but management and tech infra needs lots of improvements. 1st they charged me no-show fee because their system didn’t check me in despite I came for class and someone from Rumble told me I’m good to go. Emailed Rumble and they said they would refund the charge but after a week nothing was refunded. Few weeks later, my scheduled bookings and credits were all gone without any notice/ emails even when I have paid for the full month. Only found out about it when I was about to leave for class. Called and emailed multiple times and staff said they would forward to management and I should expect to hear back soon but 3 weeks have passed and I heard nothing. At this point I have given up and sent dispute with my credit card company since Rumble management didn’t even bother to refund my paid sessions that I couldn’t go because of the tech issue.

My only complaint is that it was my first class, gloves really should be given complimentary upon trying first time.
