- NHNahjari HamiltonJan 24, 20265.0Took my first class today and Mary Grace at the front desk was of great help. Gave me a good run down of everything and helped me with my few questions. Moises was my instructor, he killed it interacting with the group as a whole, two sessions at once and keeping the energy up with constant reminders and verbal pushes (motivation). The setting is dope and the breaks were always right on time. I’d show up again for sure.

- YYYuiyaJan 4, 20264.0I usually go to the Rumble at Chelsea. So in comparison I think the class here is a lot more cramped & some maintenance stuff needs to be done such as water filter replacement. I would say their changing room is nice and spacious though. I think I’d only go here if the instructor I want to take is here. Staff is decent, but staff at the other location felt more welcoming

I would first suggest taking an intro boxing class before coming here because they do not explain all the moves they just expect you to know them, and if you do not have prior boxing experience this place is not for you.
