They said it would be ready the next day sometime after 11 am, and that they would specifically send me a new email to notify me when the item was ready. Not only did they never email me, but once I did some digging/checked my order number in their online system, I discovered my order was canceled, and no one notified me. Even worse, the website still says the exact product and size are still in stock at the SoHo location, and it allows one to order it again. I tried calling them multiple times during store hours, and specifically pressed the button to speak to a store representative, but the hold system was a mess. The line just rang forever with no hold music and I waited until the ringing drove me insane. Please don’t say the product is available if it is not. I still don’t even know if it is available or not because no one has told me anything. REI, do better.
