We hosted our son’s birthday party at Lucky Strike and had such a great experience. Nyla helped us with the booking, and she was amazing from start to finish. The kids were so happy — everything ran smoothly, the lanes were ready on time, and the staff checked in just enough without hovering. The food was actually really good too, which was a nice surprise for a bowling alley. Overall, it was an easy, fun day, and we’d definitely come back for another party.

Huge shoutout to the manager Nae here! She went above and beyond to make sure our group had a great time. Also her checking in throughout the night, she made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Super positive, super helpful—can’t wait to come back!

Came here for a corporate event. Good time, good bowling lanes. The place was organized, no wait times to get in, and everything was efficient. The food was mehh, think really typical bowling alley food, like frozen pizza and overly fried chicken tenders. I wouldn't try the food and just go for the bowling and drinks. Place is big, with a bar along with all the lanes on the top floor.

I made a reservation in advance for a small group for my birthday, which I had written into the notes. They didn't even mention it when we got there. On arrival, we did come late and did not expect them to fulfill the whole time frame because we were late. However, we were told that we had to wait 25 minutes for the lane. We waited for the lane, and then when the time was up we went over to check if it was ready. The front desk said our lane was ready and then said it was not and we had to wait an additional 15 minutes. They told us it was ready again and just told us where to go instead of showing us. We got to our lane and they said they were still cleaning up and had to wait again. We waited a total of 50 minutes! Even if we were late the lane was reserved in advance and should've been available or had a shorter wait period. The lanes are not as nice as the one by Chelsea piers, they look older and the lighting isn't as nice (why is there grass inside?). It's also less roomy to sit and less arcades available. Our server was pleasant and attentive, but the kitchen forgot one of our appetizers, which I mentioned to our server, and he asked if we still wanted them. We received the forgotten appetizer about 40 minutes before our lane time was up (2 hour reservation). After our time was up, I went to the bathroom and felt super sick and nauseous. I went outside and walked to the corner and felt even worse. Without too much detail, my stomach was now empty after eating. I will never eat food there again!! Also, I was the only person in my party to eat the pizza which may explain why was the only one who got sick. Overall not a good experience at all, people in my party even complained. I don't recommend to eat the food there, eat before you go.

I’ve had such a great time here with my friends! The atmosphere and vibe make it a no brainer for where I take anyone visiting to hang out. Nayla F really made sure that my time with my friends and our experience was top notch so I am so grateful to her! Definitely hands down best place to eat, drink, bowl, and have a good time!
