  I recently celebrated my birthday at Five Iron Golf - Rockefeller Center, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience. From start to finish, everything exceeded my expectations. I especially want to acknowledge Joey Frankovic, my Event Sales Manager, along with General Managers who were present, Lynden Scott and Lee, for being incredibly attentive throughout the entire event. They answered every single question I had, and all the questions from my party as well, with patience, professionalism, and genuine care. Their attentiveness made me feel completely taken care of on such a special day. The level of professionalism was top-tier, and the food was absolutely delicious. We did send the garlic knots back because they felt slightly undercooked, but even then, the staff handled it promptly and graciously. Their responsiveness and attention to detail did not go unnoticed. Because of the outstanding customer service and overall experience, I will absolutely be returning. Thank you to the entire team for making my birthday celebration so memorable!

  Great indoor simmy. Love the vibe it has at this location. It's casual but also I see lots of people getting lessons and practicing so this location feels a bit more "serious" with people trying to improve their game which is great to see. The best part is the staff, Miguel especially. Everyone has been great, always treating me well with kindness and attentiveness when I need it. The entire team here is great! Solid spot for indoor golf

  I was fortunate to be a founding member of the newest 5i and the staff and experience have been 5 stars. Miguel has taken a point to ensure customer satisfaction by routinely checking up on members/guests alike, prompt responses, and a great golf experience.

  I've been coming here for about 6 months now, and it's hands down one of the best investments of both my time and money. The sims are state of the art, giving you any sort of readout you need, and access to a bunch of virtual courses. The mats are fantastic, it's not those hard rubber ones at your local muni, they actually give on iron shots. The staff is accommodating and always helpful, I love the service here. And, if you want a lesson, they've got real deal people to help you. If you're serious about golf, or just want to hit some balls in a more elevated and relaxed environment, hit up Five Iron Rockefeller.

  I love Five Iron and the facility itself is absolutely amazing. Three stars because the workers are generally tough compared to other locations. The person running the desk and one other helping with bags are awesome but the other workers at bar and waitresses are not friendly or very helpful Other locations are so much better and the workers generally all know about golf and basic customer service They also get you going late but promptly kick you out - you don’t fully get what you paid for
