  First time out on the road bike, got a flat tire and Shane was phenomenal not only helped me out with fresh tires but gave me a bunch of tips, taught me how to fix it in the future and was super friendly and helpful. 10/10 experience.

  I really like the service they provide; it's exceptional. Everyone, in particular—I don't remember his name, he's tall and very thin—is the best. He always gives me the right attention and answers all my questions about the products and bicycles.

  The team at Trek Chelsea is the best. Always so friendly and helpful, and they're so quick with servicing my bikes. Hands down the best bike shop around!
