So disappointed in this place. Lanes and shoes are expensive. The approach is extremely oily, I ended up wearing 1 sneaker for some grip. Unless you have your own ball, its very hard to find one thats a good weight that has finger holes that fit. All the balls have 2 sets of holes. XL & L, M & S for example.

Absolute horrible service and experience. As a bowler, lanes were not oiled at all so i could not even throw my ball down the lane (hearing rumors the oil machine was out of service for weeks at this point and this was not advertised at check in). Not only that but as a group of 6 squished on one lane to maximize profit, i asked for two lanes side my side which i was told wont happen due to how ‘busy they were’ meanwhile the lane was vacant next to us the entire time we bowled. Later we ordered a pitcher of beer at the bar and we were told by the bartender the pitcher would be brought to our lane with cups. After 30 minutes of waiting we went back up to the bar and the bartender referred me to the GM. The GM continued to raise his voice and explain to us we wont be served due to having outside water bottles. So we disposed and they delivered our beer, but not until he accused members of my party (who were all well over 21) of being under age due to her vertical ID from an outside state (which is common). After this awful experience its safe to say this is far from a bowing alley and just a place where you let people wear sneakers on the lanes and throw balls as hard as they can, but penalize and target people who actually come to bowl.

The experience was so bad that I would give -5 stars because our employee Jackson was racist all because we spoke a different language and looked different color-wise also he said there were 12 people playing even though 2 kids were in the arcade 2 seniors so they couldn’t play also 4 people were watching the kids in the arcade or just talking together so only 4 because we payed for 4 and they said we didn’t wear their bowling shoes even though we did he also made us pay extra for the shoes and he shut our lane done 2 times and threatened to call the police also half of the people who were bowling were not wearing the shoes in fact they were wearing sandals and we bought food but they took it away for no reason and didn’t give us a refund for the food and said they are gonna kick us out with no refund so we argued and they finally gave us a a refund. Overall racist employee named Jackson and horrible experience. The video is proof of the person next to us not wearing their special bowling shoes

Not fun because we were playing fairly and we got our lane shut down twice because we weren’t playing with their special bowling shoes even though we paid for the amount of shoes for all the people playing which we had to pay extra for them while they said we played with sandals even though it was the people beside us and half the people were not wearing the bowling shoes but we were targeted because we speak another language Jackson was the one who did this all to us. He also said that there were 12 people playing even though 8 were just watching and playing in their arcade we were just trying to bowl peacefully but we were kicked out and didn’t give a refund until we argued with them and he also threatened to call the police on us also we ordered food and they took it away without a refund. Overall experience deserves a -5 stars. The video is proof the other person next to us was wearing sandals
