I had a ton of questions, and he answered each one patiently and thoroughly without ever making me feel rushed. When I first called, I spoke with Bill, who was also very accommodating and told me I could bring my bike in the same day, which made everything so convenient. As someone who isn’t very experienced with fixing or problem-solving on bikes, I really appreciated how Sebastian and the team made the whole process feel easy and stress-free. These guys clearly know their stuff and treat you with respect. I truly felt taken care of from start to finish. Highly recommend!
