It is one thing to sell a good product but then follow up with service after is hard to find. I recently purchase a watch and the strap didn't fit quite like I would want. They are walking me through the process of obtaining a new one which can be extremely hard on the secondary marked. It's just nice to have someone you can trust with such a large purchase. Top Notch!
