I had an old Trek 7.2 FX from 2011 that hadn't been ridden in four years. I decided to have it refurbished, and overhauled so my wife could ride it. We literally found this store online, and other than "Trek" mentioned in the name I had no idea it was corporate. I took it in and met a friendly guy by the name of Trevor who gave me a reasonable quote for the amount of work they would do. They literally added new breaks, tires, chain, handlebars, cleaned the bike amongst other calibrations done. They told me when to pick it up, I did and I was very happy with the work. The bike sounds as good as the day I bought it and I know the care they put into it will ensure the bike rides nicely for another fifteen years. I met the bike mechanic who works on it and they were pleasant. The generous sales person also showed me other kids bikes that I probably will buy for my son. Overall, I"m a Trek fan and love the bikes and reasonable price points their low-mid offerings have. If you want piece of mind that a quality mechanic is going to work on your bike with no hassles, a warranty, and a company reknowned for building great bikes do not hesitate to go to this store. Bar none they are professional, and the experience was great.

People who work here are very knowledgeable—and also nice—they quickly found the problem and fixed it. The price was very reasonable, and they offer a 30-day guarantee. Could not be happier!
