  Our Girl Scout Troop had a great experience at a camping basics class at REI with Pete as the instructor. He was patient, engaging, and created a very welcoming environment that kept both kids and parents interested and involved. His anecdotes made it fun and helped spark real interest in camping for the kids. We could tell he was well prepared, and the class was well-paced and thoughtfully run which is especially impressive with young kids. From sign-up to the class itself, everything went very smoothly thanks to his responsiveness and organization. Thanks so much Pete!
