  Tracy is amazing. Helped me with my old boots and pointed out why they weren’t a good fit. Let me try on so many different pairs until I found one that fit good. Took her time to explain and make sure it’s a good fit. I spent at least an hour and a half in the store trying to find a good fit and at no point did I feel rushed. Will be coming back next time I need sb gears

  Josh and Tracy are lovely! They were stoked to teach me how to correctly step into my Burton step on (heel first, until you hear two clicks) to avoid the heel lift. I look forward to seeing them again when I’m back at Hunter

  Hi-5 to Antonio for repairing my boa! He fixed it so quickly and easily. So appreciate having an unexpected hiccup in my riding day fixed so fast. He was also supporting his co-workers and fielding other customer questions while working on my boot. An overall great experience!!!
