  I love Rumble!! The instructors are ALL motivating and energetic! The owners are present, friendly, accommodating and make you feel comfortable and at home. The variety of times they offer classes is AMAZING and works even for someone who has the busiest schedule!! It’s a great workout and it’s never the same class twice! Love being a member!!

  The absolute best new addition to Glen Cove!! I've been going to Rumble since it's grand opening, and I've noticed such a difference in my muscle definition. Great classes, amazing music and even better instructors who really care about their clients!! if you're looking for something new, definitely try it out!!

  Rumble boxing Glen Cove is the best! The studio is amazing and clean. Everyone is so nice and helpful. It’s a great workout for beginners as well as advanced. You always feel welcomed and confident that you will be working up a sweat. Highly recommend!!!

  If you are not taking Rafys class at Rumble you are missing out!!! He gives you an experience and a GREAT workout
