  Enjoyed bowling, BUT the food experience leaves a lot to be desired. I ordered their chicken sandwich with fries. I never mentioned bacon. The sandwich was brought out with a bacon slice on it. I told the server I didn’t order bacon and he proceeds to tell me that I must have ordered it with bacon. He blamed me for their mess up. I showed him the menu which not only has a description of the sandwich that doesn’t mention bacon, but also a picture of the sandwich with no bacon. Then he took the food back to the kitchen. 2 minutes later her returned with a sandwich. There is no way they prepared a new sandwich without bacon. I’m certain they just took off the bacon and brought the same sandwich back. Work on your customer service and get orders right. Stop blaming customers for orders that were incorrect.

  2026 I recently had a New Year’s eve bowling party. It was a very big disappointment to my group I had reservations for two lanes which I requested in my booking that I wanted to be seated next to the bar to make easy access for my company to get drinks request denied upon arrival when I got there. The place was halfway empty so I did not understand why I couldn’t move so I spoken to a Caucasian young lady with glasses and she told me I could not move in front of the bar with my guess she told me that you have 2 lane all the way at the end by the front entry door the whole night it was very cold air coming in I even caught a chill sick 🤒 the way she was talking I thought she was the supervisor the black African American young lady at the register, checking, in was very polite and respectful and also cater to my needs as possible truly appreciated her .The music was horrible and you couldn’t even hear it through the speakers the playlist there was no diversity interracial, music no R&B, no soul, no Jazz no rock no country. A very big disappointment. That’s not even the end of it. the Caucasian girl with glasses was my server plus so busy focusing on herself that she didn’t even accommodate my table with party favors hats blow horns nothing I had to go get them myself New Year’s Eve I payed for premium package and did not feel special somebody needs to give me a half of a refund or credit but overall the supervisor on duty was very accommodating once he heard that I was unpleased which I had to ask is there a manager on duty which no one told me He was very nice and cater to my needs as much as possible he really deserve a raise great customer support & service I will never recommend going back again to anyone.
