You really have to have a Groupon or go at a specific time like 3:78 in the afternoon to get any special pricing. The woman at the front desk was super nice but Max however really needs to understand what customer service is and change his attitude. It shouldn't be an inconvenience when your customers ask you a question. And how hard is it to get a sporting event on the TV and why did just the question cause Max so much frustration. Hopefully someone takes the time to have a good coaching conversation with him on how to approach his customer base going forward.
