Went to celebrate my son’s birthday to stumble upon modern day segregation. It was odd to see that a certain kind of people were all to one side of the bowling alley then two empty lanes to separate the other side of a certain color. It was also a surprise to find out that margaritas are made with sprite. (I’m a bartender so haha let’s laugh at that news) it was a shame to be served such monstrosity. However the male at the counter was very kind and polite and the manager as well. Will I return? Probably not, I actually kind of felt worried to witness and live segregation like that. Also the area is somehow racist? as I was exiting the bowling alley my family and I were called a freak and I got a chicken sandwich thrown at my car. It’s also surprising because this area is predominantly black and Hispanic such as myself and to experience this was disappointing. Pizza was good tho

Horrible facility due to management. I went in on 10/11 and as a league bowler, I started out with an open lane. I was not billed or charged anything. They do this to trap people. After a few games, I decided to stay for the night and I asked them to move the lane to unlimited. I was told they will not do that. I needed to first pay for the league games, and then they would charge me again for the unlimited. This is the biggest crock of bull and nothing but a way to rip of customers and make cheap money for the night. The manager Nataliye was obnoxious and rude and had no skills to handle the situation and resolve the issue and instead had a tone like I don't want to deal with this and she walked away instead of helping me. They seriously need to train their managers with people skill and skill to resolve issues rather than being rude and acting like their word is the last word. I have seen managers do a lot for their leaguers to accommodate them but this manger was just obnoxious, unprofessional, and seriously does not deserve to be a manager.
