Bowlero East Meadow transforms the classic bowling alley into a high-energy experience on Long Island, New York. With dozens of lanes, a buzzing arcade, and a sports bar serving food and drinks, it’s the perfect setting for a night out with friends, family celebrations, or league bowling. Conveniently located in East Meadow, this center blends retro style with modern fun—making it a top choice for anyone looking for bowling and entertainment in New York.
My friends and I went bowling and had a really frustrating experience with the bar. Two of my friends (ages 21 and 23) had IDs, but because their IDs still said “under 21,” the bartender refused to serve them. The manager said it was a New York State issue and that they could be fined, so we understood and moved on. He apologized and said their prepaid drinks would be refunded. I had a valid ID and had already finished one drink. When I ordered two more drinks for myself, the manager assumed I would share them and asked for two IDs. When I couldn’t provide a second ID, he said he would only serve me one drink. When I explained both were for me, he then refused to serve me or my other friend (who also had a valid ID) entirely and said we were trying to get around the rules. He promised a refund for the two prepaid drinks that were not served. What didn’t make sense is that I was able to order multiple sodas without issue, and we saw other people leaving the bar with more than one alcoholic drink. The biggest problem is that it has now been eight days and we still have not received any refunds. Corporate has been unresponsive, and the location has not been helpful, so I now have to resort to attempting to dispute the charge with my bank. My friends still tried to make the best of our time there, and the food was good, but overall it was disappointing both in the moment and in the days following. This is not a location I will be returning to.

Good experience overall but popcorn was just toooooo salty, especially for kids. Wish there was a sugar alternative.

It’s a nice place. Staff is friendly and flexible. They have a large arcade and it’s big so there is always a lane avalible. I would 100% recommend this place to anyone who wants to go bowling. 😊👍

Nice place, good food, good drinks. Reggie and Patrick at the front always got you. On the other hand, Nathaly got some attitude, I get it you’re busy, but no need to be mad rude. She’s the only one I’ve ever had a problem with, so if you want or need some help ask someone else. Her being operations supervisor giving her customers attitude is crazy. But what do I know I’ve only been bowling for 25+ years, never received any attitude from a bowling alley employee before.
