We had a rookie’s night at this bowling alley the other night as a post-Christmas activity with the young adult children and their significant others. Everyone had a great time! A hostess made rounds to allow us to order libations. I’ve seen the granny shot deployed in basketball but I witnessed it in bowling that night!

If you’re thinking about patronizing lucky strike in Commack, look elsewhere. We had NYE reservations with friends for 12pm today for six kids. I unexpectedly had a death in my family and am unable to bring my two kids. For days we have called managers, customer service, and event sales and they will not refund the $100 or even provide a credit to come back. I was told to use the $100 that day and buy an arcade card to come back and use with my kids because “kids love lights and games.” I also was told to tell the friends that can go to “use it at the bar” - WHAT!? Also what are they getting at the bar?? The food and drinks are included in the ridiculous price already and we are all moms with our kids, we aren’t slamming cocktails at 12pm. I am truly disgusted at the lack of empathy and the horrific customer service. We will never be returning.

Had my work holiday party here. It was really nice. I think it was a package cause they had some apps set up and drinks readily available. We were able to bowel a few rounds and hangout and snack. It was a fun time for a small office party.

Enjoyed an afternoon of bowling with a groupon. This location is severely understaffed, long waits at the bar and for food to arrive to our lane. When we had issues with our pins, there is no help button, you have to go up to the counter. The bathrooms were old and dirty. We enjoyed our time there but this location needs some work.
