My narrow foot made it nearly impossible to find a proper fit, until 90+ minutes later, after receiving help from Jane, Rich, and Faraz (all because of shift changes during lunch hours and the store was busy, as well), I left the store wearing my new On Clouds and new wool socks. I wasn't even in the market for a pair of sneakers, but the way in which the shoe section is organized, each area designated by signage naming the below shoes' specialty, I said, "Oh, it would be great to find a supportive running shoe." Which is just what I accomplished. Thank you three for your outstanding patience and drive to get me in a pair of sneakers I absolutely love. I ended up with the Cloudrunner 3, and I have been home for four hours now and I still don't want to take them off. A completely bizarre behavior for me, since I am always more than happy to take my shoes off the moment I return home. Amazing, amazing service at REI Carle Place! Thank you Jane, Rich, and Faraz for profoundly improving my feet's experiences! Also, there is a spacious parking lot at this location. Looking forward to returning, soon!

I needed to buy new rain gear and hiking boots for myself, husband and kids - all the employees were very patient and helpful. Special shout out to the guy working in the shoe department on Easter Sunday afternoon - Im sorry not to get your name, but thank you so much for helping my family. Much appreciated!
