I rushed here after work to arrive prior to 8pm closing at 7:57. Jeff and Mark were not only super accommodating but they stayed with me till 8:07 to unbox my purchase so it fit in my van. I would have tipped them if I had cash on me, so hope management can give these guys all the praise. Thank you!

The representatives are always helpful and pleasant. I came to purchase a phone charger but I didn't bring my REI CC to redeem my points for a reduced purchase or free even. I am fond of this store due to the selection of costs on display. If they don't have it in store, you can purchase online and have it shipped at a later date. I chose to come back another day.

I just looked at him like seriously and just dropped everything and left, disappointed
