The golf, PGA certified, coaches that always greet you with a warm smile really make your whole day. I can not thank them enough for bringing out the best in me and showing my true potential, all while being a genuine, heartfelt, and understanding person. If anyone was ever on the fence about joining Golftec or looking for reasons to join, all I would say is that it has a great chance to be the best thing you’ll ever do for your golf game.

Each lesson I walk away with one or two things to work on - not a hundred things. I feel that this approach works really well for me, and I am seeing the immediate results - better impact, longer distance and better scoring. I highly recommend Jake as a coach. AND, on top of this, I LOVE the technology and instant feedback you get from the videos and lessons. Really making a difference in my game.
- GMGabriel MunsonMar 24, 20215.0Went for a first-ever driver fitting with Chris Auld at the Carle Place GolfTec hoping to add some distance off the tee and an honest assessment of the state of my swing. I was averaging 215yds carry/230 yds total and performed sacrifices to the golf gods whenever I poked one 250yds (a fresh ProV1 into the nearest body of water works). Now, I imagine it's the decades of training and experience that enables folks such as Chris to be able to look at someone's swing, examine their gear, and perform some legerdemain to produce some ridiculously stunning results. However, I'm pretty convinced it's wizardry. Chris lowered my spin and optimized my launch without any adjustments to my swing. Within a handful of strokes I was flying it over 240yds and totaling over 270yds and I was transported back to the days of my persimmon youth. While it's true that past results don't guarantee future outcomes, I'm wishing this sort of result for everyone. Most importantly, while I did demo other brands and combos extensively, I eventually went home with the one I brought (Titliest TS3) which tells me that while GolfTec sells clubs, they aren't into selling you clubs, at least not the hard sell. It's the performance that sells itself.

This was my first ever fitting and Chris made the process very easy to understand. I tried many different irons, and Chris made understanding the numbers on the launch monitor very easy. The amount of time, patience, and desire to find what works best made this experience amazing. I felt really confident that we chose the right set of irons for my game, and Chris worked over every detail. I feel confident in saying the attention to detail shown at Golftec by Chris will definitely help me as a player.

Why do I need a Swing Evaluation
The Swing Evaluation gives both Coach and student a clear visual and numerical baseline for both indicating where improvement is necessary and measuring the improvement. We highly recommend the Swing Evaluation for every student, from beginner to competitive player. It allows us to understand your current swing and goals and helps determine the right lesson plan for you.
Are your lessons expensive?
Prices vary by the lesson plan, features included, and region, but they are highly competitive with teaching professionals in each area. However, each GOLFTEC Student will start with a Swing Evaluation which is $150.
Do you teach beginners?
We love teaching golfers who are just picking up the sport! Our coaches understand the unique needs of beginners and know how to make their sessions comfortable and enjoyable.
Can I take lessons at any location?
Absolutely! Your Coach will be able to help you find another Center and Coach. You can also use any GOLFTEC location when you are traveling.
Can I take lessons outdoors?
On-course instruction on specific shots and course management are a great complement to in-bay swing lessons and are offered at most locations.
Will you change my swing?
Changes to your swing may be necessary given your specific golfing problems and goals. We begin with your current swing and work on adjustments to make it more effective and productive.
Does GOLFTEC sell clubs?
Yes. We will order clubs based on your TECFIT club fitting or your specifications if you choose not to have a fitting. With our large buying power and relationships with leading manufacturers, we can sell custom clubs for the same price that you would pay for off-the-rack clubs at many retailers.
How is your club fitting different from others?
Our TECFIT club fitting system provides a precision, agnostic fitting experience. All GOLFTEC Certified Fitters use our advanced launch monitor technology to measure your unique launch conditions. While most other fitters stop there, we utilize our proprietary equipment database of thousands of club/shaft combinations to identify the perfect club configuration to optimize performance based on your swing.
